When I first met you I was broken, just in pieces laying around for some comfort, any comfort I could get. You saw me hurt but you didn’t pity me, you didn’t force me to get back up. You stayed beside me and let my thoughts unravel themselves Infront of you.
You waited for me to smile again even though you didn’t have to..but you did because you knew , that it was worth the wait. I kept weeping about my past, but you’re presence made it so much easier to live in the present without remembering it.
You listened to my weeping, you told me it was going to be okay and it did. I’m okay now 🙂 I’m happy. [with you.] I soon saw through the cracks on my broken wall, a perfect miracle waiting on the other side. You’re my miracle…my precious Ben.
Loving was not easy yet you make it seem so effortless , I wonder how…. You were a perfect cure to my sadness and I forever remain grateful to that.
